Tori Geller

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

BIOGRAPHY

Tori F. Geller is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on business counseling and civil litigation. She advises individuals and businesses on a range of legal and operational matters, including contracts, business relationships, regulatory compliance, and risk management, while also representing clients in commercial, contract, construction, real estate, and consumer disputes.

Tori works with clients both to address disputes when they arise and to identify and manage legal risks before they become disputes. Her business practice includes drafting and reviewing agreements, advising clients on contractual obligations and business decisions, and helping businesses navigate regulatory and compliance issues. In litigation matters, she is involved throughout the life of a case, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Before becoming an attorney, Tori gained experience in both private practice and government. She worked with the Ohio Department of Commerce’s Medical Marijuana Control Program, assisting with regulatory, licensing, and compliance matters and consent agreement negotiations. She later worked at Mac Murray & Shuster, where her work included contract review, regulatory compliance, legal research, and risk management for businesses operating in highly regulated industries.

Tori earned her J.D. from Capital University Law School, where she was a Dean’s List student and served as President and Co-Founder of the Cannabis Law Society. She earned her B.A. in English Literature, cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
